1. PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Ø Manage day to day provider operations, either direct or through network business partners
Ø Develop strategic relationships with providers throughout UAE & other regions.
Ø Ensure the international contracting work is in support of the international network strategies.
Ø Identifies and obtains international provider contracts through negotiation with optimal provider discounts and vendor fee arrangements that support financial results.
Ø Effectively negotiate and manages complex, competitive contractual relationships with Providers/vendors according to prescribed guidelines in line with the network strategies.
Ø Ensures operational efficiency for all network processes and infrastructure thorough proactive provider education.
Ø Manage and oversee the personnel actions for the network team, which includes but is not limited to Hiring /Training/evaluating and managing performance of employees;
Ø Leads/contributes to the development of the regional international network strategy in response to market expectations.
Ø Initiate and ensure the engagement of appropriate matrix international departments as needed (e.g. legal review of contracts).
Ø Responsible for identifying, understanding, managing and resolving international medical cost, provider, vendor and program issues and initiating appropriate action including escalating as necessary.
Ø Effectively identifies, analyzes, negotiates, executes and maintains complex, competitive contractual relationships with local & international medical providers & insurance companies.
Ø Provides administrative support for the effective ongoing operationalization of the provider contracts with international providers
Ø Ensure ongoing effective communication both with the international providers and interdepartmentally; raising any issues promptly with corresponding recommendations for solutions.
Ø Produce reports and updates regarding the progress of targets.
Ø Ownership for Provider data, ensuring data accuracy which provides the basis for sound Business decisions.
Ø Working across departments to resolve provider related service issues, owning and managing issues to closure
Ø Ensuring effective, timely and accurate client communications (oral and written), establishing and reviewing key performance indicators (KPI’s), and Service level Agreements (SLA’s).
Ø Demonstrate strong persuasion and relationship building skills
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
ü Apply and respect Neuron leadership principles and create an environment of open communication and continuous improvement.
ü Liaise with operations teams and ensure quality customer service delivery.
ü Create professional atmosphere of mutual support among staff to maintain highest levels of organizational flexibility.
ü Provide professional leadership and direction to the functions within the operational departments
ü Delegate responsibilities in order to accomplish tasks on time
ü Orient new staff to policy procedures and protocol of work area.
ü Performance counseling as necessary
INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESSES
ü Monitor and participates in quality control and reviews.
ü Communicate with other department managers pertaining to issues related to client satisfaction.
ü Develop and monitor subordinates skills to fulfill the tasks requirements and enable motivation of staff and encourage their professional growth.
ü Develop and maintain beneficial working relationships with subordinates and colleagues and meet inter departmental deadlines.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:-
ü Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) (both verbal and written)
ü Strong negotiation skills and the ability to gain acceptance from others of a plan/idea and to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome
ü Comprehensive understanding of hospitals/clinics and physician financial /operational issues and how to leverage technology to achieve quality, cost containment, and network access
ü Ability to work and communicate effectively in balancing priorities with multiple organizations, regions and corporate constituents.
ü Familiar with TPA work process especially in Health Insurance industry
ü Comfortable working with numbers and complex data sets
ü Ability to develop strategic relationships with Providers throughout UAE & other regions
ü Solid decision-making skills while executing national, regional and market level strategies.
ü Effective process improvement and problem resolution skills

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Ø Handle existing relationships with Insurance companies.
Ø Develop and nurture new relationships with potential clients.
Ø Develop strong relationships with Insurance Brokers.
Ø Maintain a sales pipeline of potential customers.
Ø Promote Neuron image and name as a leading TPA within the UAE and regional markets.
Ø Achieve targets and objectives set and agreed with direct reporting Line manager
Ø Would be required travel to Oman 3-4 times in a year.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ü Minimum 2-3 yrs experience in the insurance sector.
ü UAE experience is a must.
ü Valid UAE Driving License.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
ü Proficiency with PC based applications
ü Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
