24/7 Medical Authorization and Helpline Services

With the continuous growth and importance of call centers in today's competitive market, Neuron is able to provide the critical link between the client and its customers 24/7 throughout the year. In order to gain strategic advantages from higher customer satisfaction, our highly trained helpline agents are regularly monitored to handle all inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

The helpline is equipped with the latest telecommunication CRM technology with the ability to provide real time, tailor made reports and call statistics to suit client needs. With a multicultural and multi-ethnic staffing, we have language capabilities to cater to callers in Arabic, English, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, Eritrean, Pushto, Malyalam, Punjabi, etc.

Turnaround time for approvals is within 24-48hours for elective cases. Emergencies are responded to immediately as there is a verbal approval protocol in place for such cases.

Neuron provides the added advantage of providing exclusive Helpline team for members of self-insured organizations/groups. Neuron will be piloting the e-Prescription initiative by the DHA in Dubai in Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 of 2013.

This will further enhance our capabilities in terms of Authorization services, cutting down on approval times and ensuring better cost control measures. This will also lead to better member satisfaction because of the automated system and hence reduced timelines.
