With more than 15 years of experience in medical claims management, operations, as well as customer relations, Nada joined Neuron in 2013. She has a solid education background being a Certified Insurance Expert, holding a Master’s in General Insurance and a BA in Insurance Law from the University of Saint Joseph Lebanon. Nada was also previously associated with some of the market’s leading insurance players such as Orient Insurance and NASCO brokers.

Nada has in depth knowledge about underwriting management and developing customer service systems. She is very effective in understanding customer requirements and has been successful in building trust and cooperation with all types of clients, including large government corporates or even small medium sizes companies (SMEs). She believes in delivering the best the company has to offer by mobilizing the right people, resources, and ideas into each client relationship. She trains her team to engage with clients keeping in mind that customers are a key strength of any company.
