||Having gained a decade of specialist HR experience with various international companies such as; Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, British Midland(BMI) and WNS (Aviva Insurance) and presently serving at Neuron, she has further perfected her skills and mastered the art of Training and Development coupled with specialised HR skills.
Sheryl has good business and project management acumen and has the ability to assess situations from a business perspective and rectify areas of improvements if required. She constantly remains highly proactive, energized and detail oriented with a proven track record to “make things happen”. This led her to oversee the Quality Assurance Department which enthralled her to engage more with people management and coordinate projects of the organisation.
Furthermore, she is well versed with the processes and protocols which assist in dealing with Process Improvement and Change Management. Sheryl, in her new role as VP Corporate Support, is now challenged to go that extra mile in showcasing her talents and skills in extending corporate support which she believes with her dedication, time and efforts will confidently glide through this opportunity.
